Phở King Vietnamese Kitchen sits just off S Eastern Ave in Las Vegas, offering a straightforward Vietnamese dining experience with a focus on pho and a variety of grilled dishes. The casual spot enjoys plenty of natural light, giving the space an open and clean feeling that makes it a comfortable stop for lunch or dinner. It’s the kind of place where you can pop in solo or with friends and settle into a relaxed meal without fuss.

The menu leans into classic Vietnamese staples — think brisket pho, spicy beef broth pho, and options to create your own pho with a choice of toppings. Beyond the soups, there are still plenty of choices for those wanting a bit more: grilled pork, chicken wings, shaking beef, and bánh mì sandwiches that come with a charbroiled, flavorful punch. They also offer vegan pho, catering to different tastes without veering too far from tradition.

Phở King tends to attract a mix of regulars who appreciate authentic flavors and fast, attentive service. The team typically greets diners promptly, and orders come out hot and fresh, a key detail for a pho spot where broth temperature and ingredient freshness make a big difference. The ambiance keeps things low-key, making it an easy meal pitstop whether you’re coming off the freeway or exploring that part of town.

Parking is fairly straightforward in the plaza lot, which adds to the convenience for those visiting during lunch hours or early evenings. Dishes like the special pho dac biet and the rich bò chảo (pan-seared beef) stand out for diners looking to try something beyond the usual pho bowl. The signature winter bites with crispy eggrolls drizzled in house sauce show the kitchen’s willingness to reimagine common Vietnamese appetizers without losing authenticity.

This place works well if you’re craving Vietnamese cuisine beyond the typical, with reliable flavors and enough seating to accommodate groups or quick solo visits. It’s best to come during lunch or early dinner when the service moves quickly and the vibrant broth soups can shine at their freshest.

I visited Pho King for lunch today and had such a pleasant experience. Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted and can smell the amazing food. The ambiance is full of natural light and clean. My food order was taken within minutes and food was promptly delivered hot. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. A must try!

Tried out some pho in Vegas! Three of us ordered: create your own pho $16.50 +$1 for meatball mi toi tom nuong $19 bo ne steak n eggs $22 pho suon bo short rib $21 I personally had the pho with short rib. Definitely on the pricier side of pho, and I wish there was more meat to justify. Overall it was ok. Quite a bit of seating in the area. Parking in the plaza.

After Pho So 1 in Las Vegas, I was honestly unsure where to find another solid Vietnamese spot. Most people automatically order phở, but Vietnamese cuisine is so much more than that — and I feel like it often gets overlooked. This place surprised me in the best way. I highly recommend trying their bò chảo and bò nướng đá. Both dishes were incredibly tender. The bò chảo was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — honestly comforting in a way that felt homemade. As for the bò nướng đá, I loved the interactive part of it. You cook the beef on a hot stone yourself, so you can make it exactly how you like it. The quality of the meat made it easy to get that perfect bite every time. If you’re looking to explore Vietnamese food beyond phở, this place deserves a stop. Don’t sleep on the rest of the menu.

While attending to bill snafus at AT&T nearby, I tried this venue for the first time. I am pleased with the meal, pleased with the service, pleased to see so many people enjoying themselves at lunch!
